About this tread
**ContiPremiumContact 2** is Continental's proven summer touring tyre, offering **outstanding braking on both wet and dry surfaces** through its 3D groove technology. The asymmetric tread pattern stiffens the shoulder for optimum road contact and precise handling, while increased tread blocks provide strong aquaplaning resistance. A predecessor to the [ContiPremiumContact 5](/en/tread/contipremiumcontact-5), it remains a reliable choice for drivers prioritizing safety and responsive driving stability.
