About this tread
**AllSeasonContact** combines open shoulders for **superb aquaplaning performance** with a stiff pattern for year-round control. Its Traction Silica Compound provides consistent grip across seasons, while the optimised tread reduces fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. Compatible with electric vehicles, it is designed for drivers who want a single tyre solution without seasonal changes. Being progressively superseded by the [AllSeasonContact 2](/en/tread/allseasoncontact-2).
